Safestore is the UK’s largest and Europe’s second largest provider of self storage solutions. Their principal operations are located in the UK, where they have over 100 stores including two Business Centres with a further 25 stores across Europe.
We teamed up with Safestore initially to work on some of their internal communications documents, but since then have had the pleasure in working on a number of projects.
These have included a revamped newsletter, internal posters and a 50 page interactive sales guide designed for Safestore employees.
We designed and built the ‘Confident Conversations’ sales guide as an interactive PDF. This enabled staff members to educate themselves through use of a step-by-step logical, yet light-hearted how-to guide.
With key elements linked to the document such as podcasts, sample emails, sample telephone calls and top tips, the sales guide is a vital, all-encompassing toolkit for any aspiring Safestore salesperson. Safetsore enjoyed a near instant return on investment due primarily to the sales guide replacing the need for costly face to face sales training.
